Yeah this seat is the Most likely to be a Labor v Green contest, the only other seats I can think of are Croydon & Port Adelaide
I think Adelaide slow population growth has been the reason that these suburbs are less Green this results in less gentificaation. It is probably the reason no electorate in SA voted Yes to the Voice.
