Given there is a ICAC report to be handed down I wouldn’t be so sure not to mention their refusal to consult and have transparency with the community. Refusing to allow any community member to address the council along with the debacle of the Fred Caterson Reserve being handed to Eastwood Rugby Club make this a very interesting council election this time around..
The more fascinating battle will be around Liberal Party Pre-selections. The factional battles happening in Hills Shire Council for the Liberal Party have threatened to spill over, especially with the growth of the Anti-Hawke Movement.
