Greens do really well in the Arncliffe west booth and almost out poll both major parties in the Arncliffe booth.
A Large Muslim community around Arncliffe much of the Greek community which is around Brighton Le Sands has now been removed which helps Labor. However, Earlwood which is still in the seat has a big Greek community and a few booths here had a swing to Liberals.
Arncliffe has a large Lebanese Muslim population and like similar suburbs, there was a swing to the Greens. The Gaza issue might’ve driven the vote. Also in recent years, there has been densification around Princes Highway. Lots of new apartment dwellers and renters have moved in.
